Oh no, old art. However will I survive. It couldn’t possibly have anything to do with the chapters having been produced in–[gasp]–the past, could it?

If there’s a quality difference over time, all that means to me is that I get to appreciate the improvement in your art.

If your muse hits more slowly on Darkstar, then I’d rather have slower updates for a more quality product and a happier artist in the end. I mean that truthfully. I’ll be writhing in anticipation in the meantime, but as they say, if that’s the least of my worries…

Thanks for the suggestion on Wayrift. I’ll be checking into that ‘un then (curse you!)

Happy to welcome you back to all the projects at Sygnus.org!! *waves* Thank you for checking back in on us!

As for updates — every project here with the exception of Darkstar is updated consistently.

Wayrift is MWF… and has a HUGE archive at this point (you might be able to tell!)

Shimmer is updated with a new page each Wed.. that’s all I can do for a full color manga on top of all the other projects, sorry!

Dreigiau is updated every other Friday and will be starting Book 4 this week!

I actually DO have materials to update for Darkstar on hand… for some reason, that’s just the one project that tends to fall by the wayside for all the others. I don’t have a lot of chapters I’m sitting on at this point — Darkstar is one of those more sporadic projects. Every now and then I’ll plunk out new chapters for it, but for the most part, progress on that one moves quite slowly. *sigh* It’s a shame because every year my goal is to try to finish it!

However, if you’re interested in Darkstar, I suggest catching up with Wayrift since that manga is somewhat of a continuation of some of the characters (namely Ben) from Darkstar. It’s also the project that sees three updates a week consistently… so it’s a good one to catch up on if you want something that updates a lot.

I’d actually been wondering what had been happening with Nodd. Where I’d read Shimmer in one sitting, I caught up on my Darkstar in two; mighty convenient of you to have my answers waiting for my return.

Now that I’m thoroughly wrapped up in your creations again, I find myself forlorn without any more Darkstar or Shimmer to read, and unknowing when they might again be updated. ::sniff:: I’m tempted to go over to the other manga/fanfic, but I know I’ll run into the same thing.

Huwarr. Will logic or fangirl win out?

Hurrah! There WAS an update lurking in you somewhere!

This was a good, “normal” interlude to all the crazy happenings… meanwhile back at the farm kind of thing. I felt like I was sitting there eating muffins with Rosa and Nodd, honestly, and through her eyes I was honestly wondering what happened to Newt, AC and Palom for a minute. (Then I remembered. ) I’d really forgotten about Nodd… I hope he finds his people.

And, if I might add, that was a beautifully done drop-kick-back-into-mayhem ending.
